probably a noob question. but was wondering what are some good alternative to amber lme, cascade hops.nottingham dry yeast? trying out SIRSLOOP's recipe of cascade american pale ale as my first ever brew but can not get the exact ingredients for that recipe due to where i live and shipping restrictions and all the BS, (i wanna go home)

Try using Light DME, as for Cascade here is a substitution chart http://www.byo.com/referenceguide/hops/.
For yeast: http://www.byo.com/referenceguide/yeaststrains/

Primary: Nothing
Secondary: DFH Punkin Ale
Bottled/Conditioning: Cigar City Jai Alai IPA Clone, Apple Jack 1.0, Apple Jack 2.0
Drinking: Yakima Blonde (Imperialized), Banana Wheat, Russian Imperial Stout, and anything i can get my hands on
On Deck: Watermelon Wheat, Red Panda Ale, Gluten Free Brown Ale, Mojito IPA, Smoked Pepper Stout

You'll also need a half pound of a medium caramel specialty grain, maybe C80L.
