I have some odd-ball stuff that I would like to use up,

3lb Pilsen Light DME
2 oz. Kent Goldings
Safale s-04

I need more DME obviously, or something for a partial mash. What would you guys make? I just want to use it up as its been sitting around for months!

What do you like? Assuming everything was stored properly I'd just get another bag of light DME and 1 lb. of crystal 20L and make a basic pale ale with 1 oz. EKG for 60 min. then 1/2 oz. for 20 min. and 5 min. That would be a decent summer brew.
Bottled: Lots of stuff
On tap: Hefeweizen, Centennial Blonde
Up next: Quality Beverages

Yep, grab up some crystal (I like to use a mix of 20L & 40 L) some more DME and make a pale.
