Summertime Belgian Wit
Well my first brew back in January was a kit weizenbeer, but it's almost gone, and I'm a big wheat fan. It had a bit of extract twang to it, and was good, but not great.
So I'm designing my own recipe, for a belgin wit style:
5lb Wheat DME
1oz Liberty pellet for 60min
1oz coriander seed
1oz bitter orange peel
Pretty standard? Anything I'm missing, doing wrong, or could do to spice it up a bit? Don't know when i'll brew it, as my summer is up in the air, but it'll get brewed for sure.
Primary: Steam Beer
Drinking: Oktoberfest, Blonde Ale
