I found this stuff in the grocery store tonight, so I bought some. It's a little weird, but it's not terrible. I have no idea why the flexible plastic wrappers don't expand and burst.

Check out kefir. It's been around for millenia, and it's pretty yummy. Often, you find it carbonated a bit, as it has residual CO2 from the fermentation.
