I saw this week-long course posted on another board, and thought that there might be a few diehards with a free week this summer looking to learn the details behind brewing, yeast, and all things home brew.

UC Davis also has a degree program. It's definitely a lot of hard work and science. It's definitely one way to ruin something you used to do for fun...do it for a living
