What type burner do you use for a 10 gallon post boil volume, I see so many on the web but really need some guidance here, some of you brewers that boil large volumes, and hold a 15.5 gallon keg, as this is what Ill be doing the boil in, thanks.

Bayou Classic SQ14 from Amazon. A thread search will find you others, but this is what I use. It's square and fits a keg nicely. It's good for the price.
