The extract should be fine. If its dried yeast, it could be fine, but you'd probably want to test viability first with a small starter or something. The hops, if sealed in those oxygen and light barrier bags we all love should be fine, give them a whiff. If things smell good, they probably are. The specialty grains are the only thing I would worry about too much. If you are too afraid to use the stuff, you can always send it my way.
