I just ordered an oxygenation system from Williams and have a simple question.

Oxygen then yeast, or yeast then oxygen, or makes no difference?

Thanks!

I do oxygen, then yeast, then more o2 per the instructions that came with my system. It states you can continue adding o2 up until fermentation begins. I don't go that far, but I've to o2, yeast..waited an hour, then more o2.

I don't know that matters. However, if it does, you want the oxygen first.

(this coming from the guy that still just shakes the carboy )
