Has anyone tried using fresh maple sap inplace of water. I have a wheat extract kit and have saved 7 gallons of fresh Sap. The Sap is from a suger and is at about 4% sugar. Anyone see a problem with this? Thanks

Only about 100 people since the sap started running....Here's what the "search this forum" button turned up.
