Default can i make it? i hope i can!

OK i use to live in Ohio but had to move to Alabama.well i now started home brewing and my first 3 batches came out splendidly.well now i have some left over ingredients and wanted to know if i could scrape them together to make a cream ale,and if you guys could make some suggestions on the recipe.

leftovers include

3lb. light dme
3lb extra light dme
1lb lactose
1lb flaked corn
3lb dextrose
55lb Honey (have several hives lol)
1oz cascade
2oz hallertau
1 3.3lb can of hoped red ale extract

oh i forgot the reason i want to make a cream ale is because when i lived in Ohio i use to drink a lot of little kings but now i cant find them in Alabama.

1/2 oz hallertau 0

The corn won't work without some base malt for conversion. You could mash some with "digestive enzymes"

Very good point. Maybe get a little 2 row and do a partial mash with the flaked corn?
