Quick disconnects?

Have a 2 tap system with one commercial and one corney. Is there such a thing as a quick disconnect so I could make the commercial a second homebrew tap without having to pry lines off?
 
Two choices:
Put FFL swivel barbs on your hoses and then these on your sanke coupler.

Or put the ball lock QDs on your hoses and these on your Sanke coupler.

Looked them up and saw they go with a ball lock coupler. My corney kegs have pins that ball lock coupler locks in. Do I need to convert them to make this work?
