I am going to brew a 4 gallon SMASH with Red X malt and Cluster hops.
I really want the RedX to come through more than anything as this is my first run at it and I'm a malt head [emoji3]
But I don't want to make another malt-only beer.

What's a good amount of Cluster hops to use in 4 gallons to get just enough flavor to get the real character of the hop without overpowering my special Red X malt?

OG will be 1.060
IBUs will be 35
Cluster will be added anywhere between 10 minutes before EOB - whirlpool.
No dry hops.

I'm a malt forward guy & I like an oz @ 10 (for a bit of flavor) & an oz @ KO for a hint of aroma.
I've never used cluster but this schedule works well with noble hops & their descendants in everything from Helles to hoppy blondes to browns.
