I finally got my 5gl rubbermaid w/false bottom ready, but I was thinking of adding a thermometer to it. What's the best way to do that? How far up from the spigot should I install it? How did you do it? Pics? Thanks folks.

Holy crap Pol, that's freaking brilliant! Here I am worrying about weldless ss couplings and your solution is a $0.69 stopper, nice job!
