My folks came up and I was going to make ham but they asked for brisket on the smoker. I have a 13 and 12 pounder in there smoking with applewood that should be ready to come off soon. Will wrap it in tinfoil and put it in the cooler to rest for a few hours. Sending one whole one home with them Monday.
Was thinking Coleslaw, Some sort of oven potato dish and a vege of some sort.
Going to Gordon Biersch later on, so prolly BBQ chicken pizza and many beers.
