Happy New Year! Already done with brew #1 of the year!

+5 Mac & Jack's African Amber Clone

=5 gallons

Remember that all amounts should be BEER! Wine, mead and cider have their own forums where a running total is kept. Also totals should come from the amount in the fermenter.

Just wrapped up a 5gal batch of AHS's Pink IPA..Tho, to be honest it doesn't look pink at all!..LOL..But gravity sample tasted wonderful! Came in at OG of 1.058..Was a super smooth brew on my Grainfather! 4.5hrs from setup to putting everything back all clean and dry! :)

20+5=25

11 Gallons of Sam Adams Boston Lager Clone - Brewed in the blowing snow...

+ 30 gallons = 41 Gallons!

Made the first page... PRICELESS

I did hop inventory last night, and realized I have WAY too many, so...

5 gallons IPA

127 + 10gal Black IPA = 137

214.5 + 5 gallons of what I call my Southwest IPA (Medusa/neomexicanus aroma hops) = 219.5 gallons.

214.5+5.5 gallons Australian Sparkling Ale. Brewed 1/1/16 and it should be done fermenting this weekend.
