Any input on these two strains from Mangrove Jack is welcome. I'm having a double brew day today with some very simple recipes with lower original gravity in order to harvest the yeast for future brews.

#1. Belgian Blonde (Target 1.052)
50/50 Pilsner/Vienna 10lbs total- Mash @150
.5oz UK Phoenix @60
.5oz UK Phoenix @15
M47 Belgian Abbey @64 ambient with slow rise to 72-74

#2. Belgian Pale Ale (Target 1.052)
50/50 Pilsner/Munich 10lbs total - Mash @150
.75oz UK Phoenix @60
.75oz UK Phoenix @0
M31 Belgian Triple @64 ambient with slow rise to 72-74

I guess if you have any input on the levels of phenols and esters you achieved and fermentation temps. They will be sharing the chamber together so was hoping my numbers will put them both in a compatible range.

Actually looking for these to be on the milder side as far as yeast characteristics.
