Hi fellow home brewers,

I'm a new home brewer just looking for some knowledge!

I don't plan on brewing more than 1-2.5 gallons at a time. Its just me drinking it and quite honestly I can't drink 2.5 gallons with out getting sick of the style. I like variety.

On that note can someone point me in the right direction in how to brew a stout ?

Welcome from another Golden state small brewer. I mainly make small 1 gallon to 2.5 gallon batches. I use Brewers Friend program to easily scale down recipes as math is not my forte. HAPPY brewing!

Welcome, I too am a 2.5-3 gal batch brewer
. Beer smith is my friend.... and I enjoy the smaller kegs enough to share and well can keep you brewing frequently. Or casually brew once a month and rotate through your brews. Find what makes you happy!
