New to brewing,so I am looking for a wealth of info. I made my first batch the other night and made several mistakes already.Read instructions and thought I had it all in my head properly. However,I failed to take hydrometer reading of wort at beginning and also pitched my yeast at 86 degrees, and it called for 64 to 72..Following morning my air lock had blown off.I replaced it and 45 minutes later it blew again.I placed brew in a larger plastic fermenter and no more blow offs but it bubbled only for about 6 hours and now seems to have stopped completely. So after 4 days my reading on hydrometer is 1.095 Do I need to bottle or let it ferment more?will brew spoil if not bottled quickly ?
Thanks in advance
Ronny
