My grandmother who was born and raised in Germany has asked me to make a german wine. The only kits I can find are for a Riesling, which would be okay. I would like to make something more like a Rhine Wine. That is what she is really wanting and what she called it. Any ideas, suggestions, recipes?

Perhaps she is asking for 'our lady's milk' or Liebfraumilch. this is a German white wine. there are kits for it that I've seen. A quick look on German wines shows that most of them are from the Rhine valley.

you could look at jack kellers page, but he is all over the place. Almond wine? Tomato wine? Lots of grape varriaty wine.....
