Hey guys. Looking forward to making some Apfelwein. I read in the recipe section that you CAN carbonate normally with 3/4 cup corn sugar.
My question. Is Apfelwein normally carbonated? I plan on kegging it. What would you recommend for volume of CO2?

Keg 2: Ed Wort's Haus Pale
Keg 3: Mann's Amber
