Default Apfelwein-normally carbonated or not?

Hey guys. Looking forward to making some Apfelwein. I read in the recipe section that you CAN carbonate normally with 3/4 cup corn sugar.

My question. Is Apfelwein normally carbonated? I plan on kegging it. What would you recommend for volume of CO2?

Sorry. I read further and see that EdWort does carbonate his. 12 psi for a week. Looking forward to it. Now I need a Costco membership.

i had mine lightly carbonated in the keg and it was quite tasty. i force-carbonated so i have no idea how many volumes it was at, but it was VERY drinkable

+1 on carbing it. I used 1 cup of corn sugar for 5 galls, just like beer.
