If your beer is hazy/cloudy when you bottle it... will it be hazy after it conditions or can it clear up some while in the bottle?

It will clear in the bottle, absolutely! If you do it at room temperature it will take quite a long time. But a few weeks in the fridge will clear it up nicely. Obviously for the latter method make sure conditioning and carbonation has finished.

Depends on the yeast, this could be chill haze or yeast..most of my beers will clear nice once in cold conditiond for several weeks. Some if we are talking wheat beers..will be cloudy for ever..that is ok.

did you use anything to clear the beer..irish moss ot anything else?

I used Irish Moss in the boil but it still looked a little hazy going into bottles and in the sample glass i poured myself. Hopefully some time in the fridge will fix it.

It will..chill haze is common in fresh bottle or kegged beer..I like to cold crash for a week prior to bottling or kegging.
