What a waste of hops. I did not care for this beer either. Way too sweet, borderline undrinkable IMO.

Yeah I don't understand either....
If it is supposed to be so hoppy then why do they want you to age it when that will undoubtedly decrease the hoppiness.

On that note, I have a 12oz bottle available for interesting trades.

I finally had this, and i'm disappointed. To me it was more of a dessert wine....way to sweet and syrupy.

I'm going to drink my 2006 version of this in 2010.

I have been trying unsucessfully to get my hands on a bottle of this for a while. If you still have it available, I would trade anything I could find around my parts of N.C.

Otherwise, I will just keep my eyes open here...

9/9- PM me if you would like to swap. My local beer store always has it on hand. I have 6 in the cellar currently and would not mind letting one or two go.

I kindnda liked it, but I was also several drinks into the night, and am NOT a fan of IPAs in general, so the sweetness overpowering the hops was fine with me.

SUre wouldn't buy it myself, at that price, but sine cousin's boyfriend was buying, I figured I'd drink whatever he wanted to get.
