So I'm getting ready to brew the following over the long weekend. I'm looking for it to hit around 10% ABV and have a big chocolate/coffee flavor, obviously with a bit of roast but not too overboard. Added some oats to help with that smoother mouthfeel I'm looking for. I may also add some cold-pressed coffee after aging the final product for a few months.

Any suggestions?

Hmm.. So no advice...

So, in the middle of mashing out so we will see how this goes... Mashed in at 150 with a pretty thick mash (1.3qt/lb) and mash has gone pretty well (I use a HERMS) with no real sticking issues. Mash pH hit expected ~5.3 (used RO water and salts to hit target pH). Smells divine... Chocolate and roasty.

Have a big 500+ billion cell starter waiting to chew up this bad boy...
