I have been seeing threads around about putting a fan in a tower. I am just finishing up converting my Sanyo 4912 (and i just found out my friend had one he would have sold to me for $10! ) and wondering if i would really need one of these in my tower. How much would one help me?

Yes. and a lot.

I use a little 1.5" or 2" computer fan. The type often used for things like video cards. 12v power pack of some lost electronic item to power it. Just ran the 2 little wires into the fridge to the fan.

Something like these would work: http://www.frozencpu.com/cat/l3/g36/...ml?id=mhzj3WhE
