I did something similar. Made a more-or-less standard batch of cider, then dry hopped it, I think I did a couple ounces of fresh Cascade hops from my home garden. (Don't have the notes right in front of me.)
Going to have to try that again, had an infection I killed off with Campden, though I didn't let it blow off enough, so the whole batch has a sulfury taste and aroma.
IN retrospect I should have let it go, and see what happened. May have ended up with a sour cider.
