Here's a new one to me! I wouldn't have caught it had I not spilled a little beer in transferring. It was a no-so-perfect complication to a no-so-perfect night with a new batch of used kegs which I spent 4 hours cleaning and reconditioning, a using a new oxygen-free sterile-siphon method, etc.
If it can go wrong, or get more complicated, it will :)

The leak was manifesting between the base of the screw where one would affix the liquid disconnect, and the rubber around it. Took a little while to figure out that it wasn't a issue with the o-rings, or post, or dip tube.
