I combined my juice concentrate and champagne yeast as usual and it was looking well. Then I added some fresh peached which I boiled, skinned, and added to the mixture.
I haven't been seeing any bubbles or anything... did I kill the yeast by adding the peaches? I figured since I boiled them they would be clean and just add flavor.
So now I'm wondering if I should add more yeast? Or is it all a lost cause now? I hope not!
