Hola!

Where I live in Ecuador, we have no winter. Should I toss my hops seeds in the frig for a few months before I plant? Can I just toss the seed packet in the frig?

Any growers in South America?

Check this thread, that guy may share his experience.

Yes, you need to put the seeds in a fridge for at least 5 to 6 weeks... in a humid medium (soil or paper towel for example).
