Am going to Raleigh Brewing today for their NeighBREWhood Party. They're giving away free wort for a moderately hopped pale ale. You bring your fermenter and they fill it. Here's the base recipe:
1.050
2 Row
C20
25 IBUs
Willamette hops
I have an expired vial of WLP007 that I was thinking about building a starter for. Unless anyone thinks it's not a great match for the style. Raleigh Brewing is connected to Atlantic Brew Supply, so I could pick up fresh yeast while there.
Any suggestions on what might be a good dry hop? Or whether y'all would forego dry hop (I assume such advocates to be few, but never know).
