Looking to brew up a sweetish type IPA tonight. Is there too much steeping grain, or should this give me a nice toasty sweetness?

6 lbs Pilsen LME
1 lb Golden Light DME
1 lb Wheat DME

8 oz Munich
1 lb Crystal 10L

1 oz Northern Brewer (60 min)
1 oz Chinook (15 min)
.5 oz Cascade (10 min)
.5 oz Centennial (10 min)
.5 oz Cascade (5 min)
.5 oz Centennial (5 min)
1 oz Columbus (Dry)
1 oz Simcoe (Dry)

I don't think you have too much in terms of specialty malts at all here, although a lot of US brewers have moved away from crystal malts in IPAs. I like it myself, and I don't think that 1# is going to sweeten it too much at all.
