Caramel / Crystal malt
I'm preparing to make a batch of Vanilla Carmel Cream Ale and the recipe calls for Caramel 60. I have Crystal 60, is there a huge difference in flavor? or is it just a color difference? I'm using 1Lb as a steeping grain.
Primary 1: Cheesefood's Vanilla Carmel Cream Ale
Primary 2: EdWort's Apfelwein w/Montrachet
Primary 3: EdWort's Apfelwein w/Nottingham
