My SS Brewtech 10 gallon mash tun just arrived and planning on doing a couple batches this weekend in it. I was wondering if anyone is using this mash tun along with Beer Smith and if so, what setting do you use in the equipment profile?

You are going to need to set all your own parameters... batch size, losses, boil off etc. There is no one answer for this particular vessel except that it is stainless, so enter .12 for mash tun specific heat.
Once you get some batches under your belt, you can dial in your efficiency.
