Brewed a Double Pine Tree clone (AIH recipe) a couple of weeks ago. OG was 1.096, FG at 1.021 (a little high I know for a big beer). Was steady for 3 days so went ahead and bottled it. It's been a week and a half, and no carb. Followed the Priming Sugar calculator, I think it was 1/3 cup of sugar for a 5 gallon batch. The beer tastes fine, just flat. So do I add more sugar to each bottle, more yeasties, what? Been looking forward to this one, want it to get it's fizzies on.
