So my taps ran dry and I'm trying to put some age on all my stouts and porters before I tap them, so I whipped up a 10 day beer.

American wheat

Og 1.059 fg 1.014 abv 5.9 ibu 23

2 3.3lb cans 65%/35% wheat lme
1.4lb light dme
1lb caravienne
2oz cascade
2oz amarillo
Wyeast 1272

Steep caravienne 30min at 155
Add extracts bring to boil
Boil time 60 min
.5 cascade at 60min
.5 cascade & .5 Amarillo at 15min
.5 cascade & .5 Amarillo at 2min
.5 cascade & 1 Amarillo dry hop 3 days
Wyeast 1272 pitched straight into primary
10 days at 64°

Nice! I fear running out of beer in the pipeline. What commercial beer does this compare to?

Like a less flavorful, not as hoppy gumballhead. It's kinda mild but pretty good, everyone that tried it has liked it. Good for the noncraft beer crowd.
