This is funny to me b/c I did a Vienna Malt and Liberty hop SMaSh and called it Hulk Smash. It turned out really good.
 
thanks, I've been doing the "hulk smash" for a while, with vienna and munich malt beers.
this one turned out nice, so shareing the recipe
 
Thanks for sharing. Been looking for a good SMaSH amber ale recipe.

Question: Is the cane sugar to dry it out and up the ABV? Haven't seen that before.
