Just wanted to say hello. Getting back into brewing after a nine year hiatus. Brewed about 50 gallons of the extract/partial mash variety before the break (never stopped consuming though!). After nine years of thinking about a dedicated brewery, and constructing the space, I am finally beginning to design an all grain, three tier system. A appreciate this forum and am sure you nice folks will prove invaluable. Also, if anyone in the Austin TX area knows a good source for scrap ss or aluminum angle or tubing, show me the way and I'll bring the GD hercules double IPA- best I can do for now!
