well im not sold on it thats for sure.

the cherry flavor doesnt taste natural to me even though it says real cherrys on the bottle. And the finish is a bit rough, too much bite.

I think i still have 3 of the 6 Cherry Wheats i bought near 3 yrs ago.Nasty stuff IMO.
