Hello all,
I bottled my first batch (Rythos Rye IPA, partial grain) six days ago. Things looked fine and tasted good. The bottles are about 70-degrees.
I carefully held the amber bottles up to a light to see if there was any sediment forming on the bottom etc. Some of the bottles appear to have a clearer layer in the neck on top of the beer. About 1/4" thick. The bottles appear uniform top to bottom.
Any ideas/is this a problem?
Thanks,
Tom
