Default oh no my HG beer is a little to sweet!!!

Hey guys any ideas on mellowing out this sweeter high gravity beer. Heres the recipe, it turned out just to sweet for my liking, but plenty of alchol. Can I dry hopp this in a secondary? Pellets? I dunno because i've never had this problem before so all help is appreciated. Just moved to secondary (corny) today after a month in primary

Type: Extract w/grain
Size: 5 gallons
Color: 16 HCU (~10 SRM)

OG: 1.090 Actual was 1.088
FG: 1.020 Actual was 1.022
Alcohol: 9.0% v/v (7.1% w/w) got about 8.3%

Steeped Grain:
2 lb. German Vienna
0.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)

Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.129 3.5 gallons
9 lb. Light malt extract
.5 lb. Munich malt extract
1.5 lb. Honey

1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 20 min.)
0.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 7 min.)

I would expect a 1.088 beer with a hefty dose of Vienna and Munich, but only 23 IBUs to be quite sweet.

You certainly can dry hop in the secondary. That will add fresh hop aroma, but it will not increase your IBU's. If you can find any hop extract, you could try and use that. You also can just blend that batch.

Beer is good for anything from hot dogs to heartache.

Dry hopping doesn't add any bitterness, just aroma. Make a hop tea.
