Grist: 100% Weyermann 2-Row Moravian Pilsner Malt
Hops: Saaz 35 IBU's
Hop Schedule:
IBU's Addition
20 Kettle addition
10 Middle addtion
5 Late Addition
1 oz. Dry Hop in secondary.
Yeast :Wyeast Pilsner Urquell (2001) SKU XL2001

Single decotion mash.
protein rest at 129f
After 10 minutes, pulled %40 of mash for decoction and raised temp to 152 and let decoction rest for 5 minutes.
performed 15 minute decoction
returned decoction to mash for Saccharification Rest at 152f for 30 minutes
mash out at 169f
 
this looks tasty, I will try to get my friends to help me brew this, maybe as an infusion only.
