I am looking to start construction on my 4 tap tower for my new kegerator. I need some inspiration. I don't want just the standard 4 tap tower T tower; that design is ok but I am looking to get a bit more unique.

Show me what you have either bought or built. Not too expensive please and parts lists are always helpful.

TIA.

I feel like most people either have a max of a three tap tower, or they go to a keezer. Three taps is the most you can fit on a standard vertical tower. Once you go over that you need to go horizontal which costs a lot more unless you go the black pipe route (which, I honestly don't think looks all that good). Anyways, here's my 3 tap.

Thank you for the input. You are probably right, i do see alot of keezers and 3 taps setups. My original keezer was a 4 tap collar style. I just don't want to do that again.

As a side note, I love the use of space you did with your tap handles. The smaller one fitting in the open void from the taller ones especially. Well done.

Thanks dude! The original tower was a dual tap, so the redfish handles (I made the handles) came first. When I added the third tap in the middle, I needed something to fit in there. I came up with that one in about an hour. It was supposed to be temporary but now I love it.

I made a steam punky cast iron tower. You could easily change it to 4 with some extra fittings.

Talked a bit more about it in my thread where I included a link to the parts needed

I have thought about a coffin. The problem is, I can't decide if I want to go through the work it would take to construct one. Not to mention the amount of wall space it takes up; I just don't know.

I do appreciate the post and have looked at quite a few of them since. Lot's of really really nice work I must say. I will not rule it out completely. However, I would still like to see some 4 tap towers if anyone has one to share.

Have you thought about going with a coffin box?

I'm still in the designing stage, but plan on doing a triangular tower. Basically an upside-down pyramid, but with only two taps, based around some of the coffin box type designs.

This looks like the one on because-beer (http://because-beer.com/diy-black-iron-pipe-draft-tower-final-build-list/). Which ironically is what I was hoping to do....I just couldn't figure out a good logistical way to have 4 taps and one tower (and make it look good).

I like yours, nice work.

I spent the weekend looking through the links for coffin keezers (attached to an earlier post). Still not sold on the idea of a coffin. Anyone have any other pictures of a 4 tap tower to show me? Still looking for that spark of inspiration.

Lewis26, thanks for the "let me google that for you link". Not really though. If I wanted to google what the world outside of beer had to offer, I would have. Actually, I have done that already but not to your extent.

It appears that I am on my own for the most part here. Thanks everyone....I will try to post some pics when I get done with whatever I decide to come up with.

Plenty of stuff here, especially on the image tab.

I'm working on an 8 tap tower made out of stainless steel with huge tri clamps and solid 4"copper pipe. I should have it done in about 2 weeks. I'll get you a picture when I do.

This looks great! I am trying to accomplish this look on my tower. Did you use 2 inch piping? What shanks did you use? And how do you insulate and keep cool?
Thanks!

I used 4" pipe, with the 90° shank. Hasn't been insulated completely but have just use pipe insulation on the lines.

I haven’t been able to find 4 inch pipe anywhere. Where did you get it if you don’t mind me asking.
