Wierd. I was cursing EVAN! for telling me to bottle this stuff, but I guess I need to thank him.

It carbed up in 3 days and I knew before bottling that something was wrong, it was bubbling in the bottling bucket.

So after the 3 days I put it in my nearly freezing garage. Not only is it not gushing, it is perfectly carbed.

It tastes a little sweet, probably because the priming sugar was never consumed, but all in all, I am glad I bottled it. Just thought I would share this.

if it tastes sweet, you probably bottled with residual sugar still in solution, separate from the priming sugar you added.

be wary of exploding bottles. Keep them cold, and keep testing them.
