I just Racked a Brewers Best IPA kit into a 3 gallon glass. (Bottled the other 2 gallons
I just cant' wait...Plus gotta keep the 5 gallon glass open for Leap Year Mead).
Closet: 60 - 65 degrees
Kitchen:68 - 73 degrees
Basement: Solid 38 Degrees.
Where should I put this thing, and for how long?
