The most important part is adding the hops after flame out.
Drop the temp. to 180f and add hops and let steep at least 30 minutes then finish cooling as normal.


Primary 10 days at cool end
Dryhop secondary cool,, crash cool and bottle or keg

Wonderful hop flavor and spice without being too bitter

Mash @ 152/154 for 60 minutes 1.3qts/lb
3 equal runnings for total boil volume
