Default Storing Leftover Extract

Wondering what to do with some leftover extract. I have an extra .5lb-1lb extract from two batches. one is LME and one is Amber extract. I will probably just put them in the same bucket, but should I fridge it?

Yes, refrigerate and spray a thin film of starsan or vodka on the surface. If mold grows, just scrape it off - you will be boiling anyway.
