I's like to get some feedback on this recipe, semi-showcasing the mosaic hop but wanted a dank match to the mosaic fruity. I also have the nelson that I want to start using somewhere. Thank you.

Looks good. I love Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and Chinook - what great hops!

I usually try to keep the caramel/crystal malt in an IPA recipe to no more than 5% and usually less. For a 6 gallon batch, you might consider decreasing it to a half pound. The idea is to make the IPA dry, not too sweet, not too caramelish.

Let us know how it turns out!

hey thanks!! I appreciatey your advice. Only into AG and recipe making for a short time. i modified it and have been overdoing those.

i was going to use WPL051 California Ale V - never used that, always WPL001 or sometime 002.

also what do you think about the Nelson/Mosaic dry-hop, i was thinking all Nelson maybe?

New recipe with right hop %, and I also changed out the Magnum bittering to Warrior since I have a ton of it...let me know what you think?
