Yeast: Nottinghams dry ale
Yeast Starter: 8 oz
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.053
Final Gravity: 1.012
IBU: 27.4
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: Brown!
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 5
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 9-12

7 # Amber Muntons DME
10.4 oz crystal 80L
2.2 oz chocolate grains
3 oz cascade hop pellets
1 oz at 60
.5 at 20
.5 at 10
.5 at 5
.5 at flame out

thats pretty much it. its hoppy and malty and great! its really simple all extract! i force carb in a keg at 30 for 2 days and usually drink on the third. i dont know how well it ages because 5 gallons only lasts about 7 days with my buddies around!!! ; )
