Does that actually hold a full pot when using the burner?

Absolutely, it holds a full Boil Kettle at full-boil!!! If you have never had experience with 80/20 Extrusions and the fasteners, then you are missing out! I have run 50-60 Batches on this system and it is rock solid.

Off topic but did you sell your kegging setup about 1.5 years ago? If so, I'm the one who bought it and think I recognize your setup from when I picked up the kegging system.

I don't remember selling a kegging system, but anything's possible... I'm in Palm Harbor if that rings any bells for you.

Man, that is tempting. Did you do 10G batches in it? What size amperage circuit does it require?

I could pull off 15 gallons if it was a 60 min boil.... I started to craft 12 gallon batches with a 90 min boil.. it requires a 30 amp circuit (same as an electric dryer I believe)...
