I stumbled across this whilst scouring the net for recipes that could use up my amber Belgian candi syrup. Sure, the site tries to promote their candi syrup but that's quite a selection of Belgian and continental Europe clone recipes they're giving away:

Their recipes are great. I have done several of them over the last few years.

Their syrups really do add a lot to the brews.
