I just got my water report.

Everything looks good except for the Chloride which is 78.

Comparing that to the water profiles of the notable brewing waters it's 2-3 times the level.

Any ideas on how this will affect the beer? Pro's? Con's?
Primary:Drovers II
Secondary:Trailer Trash Pillhead Blonde
Keg carbing & conditioning:
Drinking:Woodchuck Cider, Schwarzbier, Dalerweisse Wheat
On deck: German Wheat

  • I've overcome my fear of wheat; but I'm still skittish around barley.-Mr. Carlin
  • What doesn't kill you makes you stronger; however, not everyone makes it into the second category.
  • If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the precipitate.

I can't speak from experience, but howtobrew says that you're within "brewing range".
